SHIPPING METHOD

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders. You should receive your item within 10 – 20 working days from the day the item shipped. Varies from different country. Do allow few extra days for some unforeseen delay.

All packages are shipped out within 1 – 3 working days. ( Every package can be traced and signature on delivery.)

If you require your package by a specific date, please make a note in the comment box and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Note : The listed estimated delivery time applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside these major cities may require additional days. Buyer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, customs duties, import, excise, privilege and similar levies, taxes or fees and shall be responsible for assuring that the Product(s) can be lawfully imported into and complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


RETURN & REFUND 

TopSnackShop provides a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all our products.  If you feel that your order was not satisfactory, please read the instructions below and Contact us within 7 days after receiving the package and return to us in original packaging. Please leave a detailed message with your name, and order number and email where you can be reached. Regarding your shipment and we will reply you as soon as we have gathered the information on your order. We can also be reached via email at admin[!at]topsnackshop.com . Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please advise us if there are any problems upon receiving of your order.

Any dispute must be submitted within seven days of delivery of the package, as our video footage will not be available after that. Any claims after this period will not be honored.
