Returns & Refund

If you feel that your order was not satisfactory, please read the instructions below and Contact us within 7 days after receiving the package and return to us in original packaging. Please leave a detailed message with your name, and order number and email where you can be reached. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please advise us if there are any problems upon receiving of your order.
Any dispute must be submitted within seven days of delivery of the package, as our video footage will not be available after that. Any claims after this period will not be honored.

- Returns must be returned in it’s original package attached with your receipt
